Double Ceramic Coating
When we have our pipes ceramic coated, coating is applied both
on the outside and the inside of the pipe. Earlier attempts with coating
only coating the outside led to problems with the material over heating
on the inside.
By applying coating on the inside, the heat does not reach
the material in the first place, and results in less heat transfer, more power
and longer life of the pipe

The new Polaris 600 Fusion engine is 6 HP up from the 600 Edge engine. The largest reason for this increase
is a larger W reed valve with two reed blocks in parallel, doubling the reed valve area, and new cylinder
porting. The Edge 600 produces 112.- HP while we measured 118.- at 7800 RPM on the new 600 fusion.
Our "Big Volume" single pipe with "Internal Stinger" and "Double Core" silencer pushed the peak
power up to 126 HP at 7900 RPM. We also built more mid-range power with very quick throttle response.
Responses from the field are enthusiastic about the improvements in acceleration and quick response
on tight trails. Weight savings are 15 lbs. The "Internal Stinger" design cuts sound by 50% before it reaches
the "Double Core" silencer. The trail quiet system measures 86-88 db(A) at 3500 RPM with the new proposed
DNR stationary test procedure.
