Double Ceramic Coating
When we have our pipes ceramic coated, coating is applied both
on the outside and the inside of the pipe. Earlier attempts with coating
only coating the outside led to problems with the material over heating
on the inside.
By applying coating on the inside, the heat does not reach
the material in the first place, and results in less heat transfer, more power
and longer life of the pipe

Our latest big volume pipe offers an exciting step up in performance for the popular Polaris 600 Edge models.
The Stock 600 Edge produces 112 HP at 7800 RPM, while the internal stinger Pipe raises the power to 122 HP at
8000 RPM.
Stronger acceleration, hard pulling top end and a substantial weight savings combined with a trail quiet
86-88 db(A) with the new proposed DNR stationary test procedure makes this a great choice for the guy looking to
improve his edge.
Field testing the last two winters and asphalt racing confirms our dyno results. The power increase
comes in at 10HP and weight savings is close to 20 lbs. On the 1/4 mile asphalt strip this dropped times from
12.1 sec. to 11.75 sec. and increased top speed from 103 to 107 mph.
