Aaen Performance shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damage, or loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or use of performance parts. Some parts may void your manufacturer’s warranty. Because of fluctuating Costs, prices are subject to change without notice. Returns require RA number, and are subject to 20% Restock Fee. No reimbursement on costs incurred to ship products, and returns are for exchange or instore credit.
